RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your Lucky Girl find! ♡ If something doesn’t work out, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or damage may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

FINAL SALE

Lucky Girl Customs, sale items, accessories, and items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, email: hello@luckygirlandco.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right.
